    • About the Role
    • Past Medical Administration experience required (NDIS experience preferred)
    • Must have appropriate home office setup
    • Casual employment
    • Monday - Friday 2 hours per day (can be negotiated start / finish times)
    • Must be proactive and be able to work unsupervised
    • Must be a fast learner and eager to learn
    • Must be computer savvy
    • Must be reliable, trustworthy, and positive
    • Must be solution focused
    • Roles and Responsibilities
    • Invoicing
    • Xero Reconciliation
    • Management and maintenance of client records (updating personal information, auditing, and updating relevant documents such as service agreements)
    • Ordering resources
    • Providing administrative support services to the Director (i.e., assisting in creating and the preparation of correspondence, documents, and reports)
    • Implementing a high level of confidentiality and the ability to manage sensitive information and situations
    • Collaboration and liaison with patients, referrers (e.g., GP's, allied health referrers), NDIS / Plan managers, and other relevant stakeholders (e.g., insurance providers)
    • Marketing / Social Media Creation + Posting

      Expected hours : 5 - 15 per week
