RediMed is inviting expressions of interest as an Occupational Therapist to join our growing Hand Therapy team at one or more of our clinic locations depending on your location and travel preferences (Belmont Bibra Lake Midland Rockingham).

Working alongside renowned WA hand surgeon Dr. Sharon Chu as well as Medical Practitioners Physiotherapists Nurses and Exercise Physiologists all committed to providing personalised holistic care to our clients.

Graduate Occupational Therapists are also encouraged to apply and will receive structured support handson mentoring and access to ongoing professional development. If youre motivated teamoriented and passionate about hand therapy wed love to hear from you.

About you

Can you provide high quality evidencebased Hand Therapy interventions for those injured at home sport or work

Do you enjoy building relationships with other service providers internally and externally

Are you passionate about and pride yourself in achieving excellent clinical outcomes for your patients

What we Need

  • Tertiary qualification within Occupational Therapy or equivalent and full AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in assessment planning and intervention in hand and upper limb including diagnosis orthoses fabrication treatment and discharge planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to clinical development and quality improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership supervision or mentoring within a clinical setting or a desire and readiness to step into a leadership role.
  • Accredited Hand Therapist as awarded by the AHTA (Desirable) or working towards accreditation.
  • National police clearance certificate.
