  • The role is an administrative role that will support the Operations manager in their day to day operations of the Solutions Warehouse. This role is financially and administrative focused, ideal for someone who can analyse reports and problem solve.

    • Job Tasks and Responsibilities
    • The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Solutions Warehouse, by completing data entry, analysing reports and problem solving, to ensure the day to day operations run smoothly.

    • Control and manage inbound and outbound administrative functions.
    • Achieve daily KPIs by effectively managing inbound and outbound administration
    • Generate, monitor and distribute financial data reports for internal and external stakeholders
    • Assist with the analysis of KPI achievement status reports, to detect areas of improvement for operational and service performance
    • Inventory accuracy in all allocated tasks
    • Resolve or escalate enquiries in a timely manner
    • Provide reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to extract information and problem solve in areas concerning operational finances
    • Accurate and efficient data entry into CargoWise One
    • Analyse and detect methods to improve operational and service performance.
    • Resolve or escalate enquires from internal and external stakeholders.
    • Skills and Experience
    • Prior experience in performing administrative duties and data entry is ideal.
    • Forklift License and / or LO License is advantageous
    • Experience with CargoWise One and APAC RP
    • Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
    • Exceptional numeracy and IT skills
    • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Ability to problem solve.
