We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Recruitment Advisorto join our team in Perth CBD on a permanent full-time basis.Working collaboratively with our hiring managers, the Recruitment Advisor will manage the end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar positions for shutdowns for our long-term client portfolio. We are seeking for a person that enjoys working on a variety of projects and that can build strong working relationships with Project Managers and support the improvement of our recruitment function.
Responsibilities includeProactive use of all available sourcing channels including but not limited to SEEK, LinkedIn, talent search and referrals.Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experienceEngaging with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, skills and qualifications required for each project.Creating and maintaining talent poolsAbout youTo be successful in the role, you will have :
