We are currently seeking Counselling Trainers and Assessors to join our team in Melbourne.

We have roles that require inspirational teachers to deliver training in Conselling. The qualifications we deliver :

Diploma of Counselling

Key Responsibilities

Trainers and assessors are required to :

Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materialsProvide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programsMonitor, mark, and conduct student assessmentsPlan, review, and improve training and assessmentParticipate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications And Experience

Strong experience in the counselling industry and working with recovery-oriented ApproachKeen interest in teaching others about the industryExperience in training teaching or lecturing is desirableConfidence and motivation to deliver first-class face-to-face educationSensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgroundsCommitment, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work as part of a growing teamContinuing professional development requirements of the professional body to which they belongA relevant vocational qualification in counselling at the Degree or Diploma levelMinimum of 2 years industrial / professional experience.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)Current Police CheckLanguage Literacy and Numeracy level which is appropriate to teach others
