OUR NEXT AMAZING STORE MANAGER You are a Store Manager with great mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire their team You have 1 + years Retail Store Management experience in a fast-paced environment You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills You are ambitious to accelerate your career and take on your next challenge You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships You are passionate about delivering AMAZING customer experiences You are looking for a dynamic, busy and fun work environment where no two days are the same KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Drive sales result to smash budgets and targets take your store to the next level! Coach and develop a high-performing team and ensure they have the tools and motivation to achieve their goals Assist with recruitment, on-boarding and training of new team members Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained Manage stock deliveries and merchandising the store Complete monthly rosters and ensure they are costed within hours budget
