You'll lead the day-to-day rollout of brand campaigns and creative across our rapidly growing digital channels (paid social, email, website, organic social) as well as retail, influencer and community — working cross-functionally to align teams and deliver high-quality, timely creative.This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in execution and can lead with clarity, bringing cohesion to every brand initiative.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Strategic Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment : Own quarterly and monthly brand planning in partnership with Ecommerce & Paid Media leads, ensuring initiatives are insight-led, commercially impactful, and aligned to broader business objectives.
Lead the development of monthly briefs in collaboration with key stakeholders, providing clear direction, prioritisation, and resourcing to set the wider team up for executional excellence.Brand & Campaign Execution : Bring seasonal campaigns and product launches to life across digital, retail, influencer, and community channels.
Manage timelines, creative briefings, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.Creative Production : Oversee end-to-end briefing and production across our rapidly growing digital channels (paid social, email, website, organic social) as well as retail, influencer and community, ensuring a consistent, elevated brand voice while meeting distinct channel objectives.
Partner closely with creative, content, sales, and performance teams to deliver best-in-class assets that drive engagement, conversion, and commercial growth.Team Leadership & Mentorship : Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the brand and creative team, fostering a high-performance culture, developing talent, and ensuring clarity of direction across priorities and deliverables.Community & Event Support Strategy : Lead the co-ordination of community activations (including 2 x new retail store openings), partnerships and local events to build brand love and loyalty.
