Christmas Casual Goldmark

At Goldmark, we love helping our customers spoil themselves and others when they celebrate special occasions like Christmas! We are looking for energetic Team Members who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the holiday season as fixed term Christmas Casuals.

• Can provide fantastic customer service experiences to our customers.
• Are results oriented and love selling.
• Have an ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both on their own and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
• Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2024.
• What you will be doing
• Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
• Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
• Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Please note; as part of our recruitment process, the successful applicant(s) will be required to complete a National Police Criminal History Check from the relevant State and / or Territory they reside in before they receive an Employment offer.

Please also note; Christmas Casual fixed term contracts will end on or before 19th January 2025, but can become permanent based on performance and position availability.
