We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable AO3 Operations Officer for a part-time agency contract role based in Springwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the operations of a modern government facility and contribute to the success of the DWC program. About the Role :

Reporting to the DWC Coordinator, you'll be the front-facing support for the Logan DWC—ensuring the smooth daily operations of the site. Your strong customer service, organisational, and problem-solving skills will be key in maintaining a high standard of service and functionality. Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily operations and resources of the DWCProvide concierge-style front-of-house servicesLiaise with stakeholders and assist DWC usersOversee registration, induction and training processesManage facilities, contractors, minor works and deliveriesRespond to enquiries via the Logan DWC email accountMaintain the booking system (OfficeMaps) and security access (C-Cure)Support workplace safety as First Aid Officer / Floor WardenCoordinate supply orders and consumablesAssist with data collection and weekly reportingEssential : Ideally live locally to Springwood (Logan area) for operational availabilityAvailability to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday only (3 days / week)Onsite work only – no remote work availableDesirable :

Familiarity with the Logan areaHolds a current First Aid certificateWhat's on Offer :
