While WFH / Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.About the roleReporting to the Lead FOI, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
Process requests for information / documents in accordance with the relevant Act which includes, but is not limited to, the following :Health Records ActCoroners ActChild Protection ActPrivacy and Data Protection ActCrimes ActTAC ActProficiently operate the Content Manager Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), Oracle, VACIS, Chris 21 and AV Event RegistersAbout youTo be considered for this position you will possess qualifications (diploma, degree, or industry certification) with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Other requirements include :
Knowledge and understanding of the FOI Act and associated Professional Standards, _Privacy and Data Protection Act_ and _Health Records Act_Attention to detail using appropriate checking processes to ensure information is recorded and provided accuratelyHigh level of personal integrity and professional conduct and the judgement and maturity to ensure matters of a confidential or sensitive nature are handled and dealt with appropriately and diplomatically in accordance with legal requirementsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamWorking at Ambulance VictoriaAs a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work / life balance.
