Job description

Change Manager

  • 3-months initial contract (very likely to be extended to 12-months)
  • Sydney CBD (2 / 3 days a week in office)
  • Media

Join our well-known media client - reporting into the Change Director, you'll be working in a team across two new projects :

  • Neilson to Ipsos migration
  • we need to update all our digital assets to be tagged with Ipsos, which is becoming the industry standard for audience measurement. Change effort will be understanding who leverages audience measurement information today and communicating the change effectively to those who use it so they can understand the new tagging and the assumptions behind it, and how they can access and interpret the new data. Also need to ensure that the teams that maintain the tagging understand what needs to be done and update processes accordingly.
  • Consent & Preference management - develop a consent and preference management framework that supports requirements in a post third party cookie world. It is expected that legislation will pass in Australia at some point in next 12 months that will define data privacy requirements (much like GDPR in Europe) so this project is pre-empting that and preparing for it. Need to understand the impacts to our business (will be widespread given we leverage individuals data for multiple purposes) and develop a plan to manage through this change.

  • About you
  • Hands on change manager with minimum 3+ years experience
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments where no two days will be the same
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Previous experience with process change would be desirable
  • Experience minimizing business impacts and putting together change plans / strategies
  • Please hit APPLY and I'll give you a call to discuss!

    Thank you.
