About the role :
We're on the hunt for a passionate and strategic Influencer Specialist to lead and grow our influencer marketing initiatives within the Makeup Cartel team. In this dynamic role, you'll drive collaboration with nano, micro, and macro influencers across platforms to amplify our skincare brand presence, drive consumer engagement, and deliver results-driven campaigns. Role & Responsibilities : Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals. Identify and engage skincare influencers across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee deliverable timelines. Manage relationships with influencers and agencies, acting as the key point of contact. Collaborate with social media, content, PR, and product teams to align messaging. Plan and execute social campaigns and influencer activations around product launches and events. Monitor, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions). Stay up to date with influencer and skincare industry trends to inform future campaigns. Skills & Experience : 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in skincare or beauty. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in influencer platforms / tools and data-driven campaign analysis. Passion for skincare and understanding of brand aesthetics. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
