Job descriptionManagement of shared inboxes; Providing consistently exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated and innovative Purchasing Coordinator who will manage procurement with our external suppliers via our settlement processes, delivering the best in customer experience to our drivers.
- Responsibility for the efficient and accurate management of all asset orders, ensuring the procurement of vehicles is aligned with the company’s / supplier’s guidelines – meeting all SLA’s / KPI’s.
o Vehicle Ordering and supplier acceptances.
o On Time Delivery management – efficient management of the order pipe, including clear and concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
o Vehicle confirmation process.
o Vehicle Delivery Process.
o Off Lease / vehicle return management.
