Due to our expansion, we have a Store Manager role available within a leading Department store located in Indooroopilly.

• About the Role

An opportunity now exists for high energy, retail passionate Store Manager on a Full Time / Part Time basis.

Reporting directly to the QLD Regional Manager you will :

• Supervise the daily operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all staff members at all times.
• Provide staff training and guidance by developing strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with your Regional Manager in achieving organisational and store goals.
• Uphold all visual merchandise prospects of the store, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Skills & Experience
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets.
• You have a sound background in people management and have a proven track record of developing your team's skills set.
• Strong retail Store Manager background is a must.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both staff and clients.
• Proficiency in receiving & fulfilling stock requirements.
• Experience in the lingerie industry preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
