You're a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High Standards in customer service and store presentation.

Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Physical Requirements : Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
