- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient department that maximises every opportunity for a contract.
- Create, implement & maintain strategies to improve and innovate Assessment Department procedures.
- Recruit, hire, train, develop and evaluate staff members within the Assessments Department to ensure there are sufficient resources and optimum efficiency.
- Monitor staff performance and customer interactions to maintain efficiency and quality of assessments & customer interactions.
- Use internal reporting and analyse data pertaining to the department.
- Provide monthly reporting on departmental goals and activities.
- Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of Direct Appliance Rentals and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals with ongoing monitoring.
- Communicate with other departments and the Director of Operations to resolve problems.
- Liaising with the Director of Operations to design and implement standardised complaint assessment processes.
- Implement policies and procedures that retain smooth running of the department, with continuous policy and process improvements.
- Be a point of escalation and provide dispute resolution for customer grievances occurring in the Assessments workflow.
- As the ideal applicant you will possess
- Good working knowledge of the NCCP Act.
- Collaborative leadership style, excellent communicator and proven success in process and change improvement transformation.
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work accurately and independently in a fast paced highly regulated environment
