About The Opportunity

Mining Skills Australia is seeking skilled Equipment Operator Trainers to join our team. If you're an experienced trainer looking for a flexible work arrangement, this opportunity is for you.

What We Are Looking For

Skilled and Experienced Equipment Operator Trainers Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent Hands-on experience with operator step-up and / or refresher training Ability to document and maintain training records Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Key Responsibilities

Train and develop equipment operators with proficiency training Utilise cutting-edge technology to assist in proficiency information capture Maintain and document training records Deliver training with a focus on safety and efficiency Collaborate with teams to enhance operator skill development Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for training programs
