About the RoleThey are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team in Parramatta with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting Hiring Managers with their recruitment needs along with coordinating the end-to-end recruitment activities to achieve organisational goals.
Your duties, will include but won't be limited to the following :
Partner with Hiring Managers to elicit their recruitment needs and requirementsManage comprehensive end to end recruitment process including open requests, job specifications, advertising, culling, telephone screening, interviewing, psychometric assessments and reference checksAssist with coordination and management of recruitment campaignDevelop and design assessment strategy including behavioural based interview questions and assessment tasksPartner with Contingent Labour Central team and internal recruitment teamsGenerating letters of offer and employment contractsOnboarding of new employeesUpdating and maintaining employee files and recordsRecords and database management ensuring high accuracy, integrity and confidentialityReport weekly to Hiring Managers and internal HR on the status of recruitment activitiesProvide general support for program and project management initiativesEnsure compliance with PSC recruitment rulesAbout YouTo secure this great assignment you will have the following
Minimum 5years Recruitment or HR experiencePublic Sector experience and understanding of Public Sector Capability Framework essentialDemonstrated experience in providing sound GSE compliant recruitment advice to Hiring ManagersImpeccable interpersonal and communication skillsSuperior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlinesHigh attention to detailSolid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and TRIM / CM9Reliable remote internet accessWillingness to undergo a National Police CheckFully COVID vaccinated or medically exemptAbility to commence and commit to the duration of the assignmentHow to ApplyOnly suitable applicants will be contacted
