In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining integrations within the Workday platform to enhance our organization's business processes. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of data and information

We are a Workday partner Company seeking an experienced Integration Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining integrations within the Workday platform to enhance our organization's business processes. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of data and information

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reports.

Utilize strong technical skills in XSLT, XTT, XML, and Java to create efficient integration solutions.

Work with Web Services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards, to enable data exchange with external systems.

Collaborate with functional and integration leads to understand and analyze business requirements, conducting working sessions with clients as necessary.

Partner with clients and third-party vendors to design and implement technical solutions that align with business processes.

Participate in Workday R1 / R2 release reviews and testing, identifying the impact of new release features on existing integrations.

Provide post-production support and assist with the implementation of integration solutions.

Proactively identify and escalate risks, and develop alternative technical and functional approaches when needed to ensure project success

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

Minimum 5 years of experience in integration development with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end integration solutions.

Prior hands-on experience with Workday integration tools highly regarded, including :

EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) – both inbound and outbound, Workday Studio, Core Connectors and Payroll Integrations, PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and WECI (Workday Enterprise Change Interface)Proficiency in XSLT, XML, and working with Web Services / APIs (SOAP / REST).

Background in HCM and / or ERP systems is a strong advantage.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems creatively — beyond just following predefined playbooks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven experience in building strong client relationships.

Ability to take ownership of deliverables, lead teams, and drive projects to completion.

Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully within the Workday ecosystem.
