• Valid - VIC unarmed Security Licence (with crowd controller), Senior First Aid and Driver's Licence.
• Highly regarded credentials like Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Security Risk Management, or Frontline Management.
• A minimum of 2 years' proven expertise in Security Operations.
• A track record of creating comprehensive operational plans and security documentation.
• Proven prowess in leadership, team support, and development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products and managing company systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with eloquent verbal and written communication.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
• Proficiency in time management and forward planning.
