Experience and Attributes
- Previous medical receptionist experience essential
- Knowledge of Best Practice is an advantage.
- Current CPR certificate
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Mature, diligent and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and
prioritise.
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learnDetail-orientated.Key Responsibilities :
As the first point of contact to patients, greeting patients upon arrival andaccurately processing relevant paperwork is essential
Manage a large volume of calls which requires exceptional phonemanner and demonstrated ability to seamlessly handle customer
inquiries.
Booking appointmentsBilling and receipting patient accountsDocument scanning and allocatingCold chain managementFostering professional working relationship with team members, patientsand medical staff
