For Console Operators : Provide quick, efficient, and polite service to encourage customer return visitsPromote products and store promotionsFood preparation and handlingOperate the point of sale system and handle cash transactionsMaintain stock levelsEnsure a safe environment at all timesFor Service Station Cooks : Prepare short order mealsCook ready-to-go food and stock the bain marieMake sandwiches, wraps, rolls, and saladsMaintain kitchen cleanlinessAdhere to NSW food safety standardsCollaborate with managers on new menu itemsApplicable industry awards include the RS&R Award for Roadhouse Attendants, Driveway Attendants, or Console Operators.
