Storesperson

Prime Recruitment on behalf of our client based in the Henderson area have an exciting job opportunity for a storesperson to work in manufacturing Industry.

• What's in it for you
• 40-hour / week.
• Starting on day shift, Moving to Afternoon / Night after 2-3 weeks.

• Maintaining parts and consumable stock levels and register.

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Pick Packing of steel products.
• Procurement of all stocked items and assisting with project procurement.
• Monitor and inspect incoming and outgoing goods against purchase orders and delivery dockets.
• Load and unload vehicles using forklift and / or overhead cranes.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop, machinery and tools, ensuring all tools and equipment are used and stored safely and correctly.
• Assist with general workshop duties as directed.
• Undertake any other duties, accountabilities and responsibilities as directed.
• Tickets & Licenses / Other requirements.
• Current drivers licence
• Forklift licence
• Previous stores experience.
• Able to lift heavy / Physically Fit.
