Today NOJA Power holds ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and other third-party accreditations and the primary role of this position is to maintain our ISO systems, including managing the annual audit process and continue to cultivate the health, safety and environmental awareness culture across the organisation. Matured over the years NOJA Power's award-winning Health and Safety Program place important role in the wellbeing of the employees of NOJA Power. This position chairs a monthly HSE meeting attended by the Managing Director and a representative from every department in order to define and manage the company's Health and Safety Program.
Reporting to Quality and Service Director, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the safety requirements are maintained throughout the company, investigation and reporting of accidents if they occur.

Other responsibilities of the position include but not limited to are Energy system management, supporting data for ISO 14067 carbon foot print, monitoring and working with the suppliers on the reduction of the environmental impact and carbon footprint of NOJA Power product through its life cycle, working with the suppliers on compliance with the government requirements to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Act and other.
