Customer Support Specialist

• Handling high volumes of inbound calls
• Actioning client requests
• Assisting business customers on their use of the Companies SaaS platform
• Providing customer support
• Working to KPI's relating to customer satisfaction, response times, handling times etc
• Recording details of calls requiring further escalation

This is a full-time position available immediately. This is a hybrid work from home / work from office model flexibility.

Staff benefits include platinum gym membership for all staff - and that's just the beginning! The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Salary guide is up to $52,500 + Super depending on experience.
