About the Company :

Our client is a leading Perth CBD based financial planning firm with a tight knit team who work with high-net-worth families and wholesale clients. They pride themselves on providing a highly personalised service with tailored solutions along with a great team culture.

The successful candidate will be provided with training and career opportunities, an excellent salary package and a friendly working environment. We are open to progression towards Paraplanning / Adviser / Office Management.

We have a predominantly sophisticated client base and are only interested in candidates who are looking for a long-term engagement to further their career.

The Role :

Provide ongoing support to the Director / Senior Financial Adviser
Implementing investment transactions, fund transfers, and advice recommendations.
Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered
Prepare for client review and new client meetings
Managing and maintaining client and investment data within Xplan.
Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response
Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork

Skills & Experience :

2+ years experience supporting financial advisers

Experience working with sophisticated wholesale advice highly regarded

Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN preferred

Excellent communication skills are required

Must have strong verbal and written communication
