Job descriptionAssist with all aspects of construction, including site preparation, framework, demolition, and finishing tasks Safely operate power tools and machinery as required for the project Follow detailed instructions and work under the guidance of senior tradespeople and site supervisors Work autonomously and manage tasks independently as required Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practices Contribute to a high level of teamwork, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment Minimum of 3 years’ experience on commercial and mixed-use residential construction projects Patching and concreting experience is advantageous Ability to use and maintain a variety of power tools Proven experience in both early-stage construction and project completion stages Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work 6 days per week High level of physical fitness and stamina, as this is a hands-on role WHS White Card (mandatory) Own PPE (Mandatory) Silica Awareness trained (Preferred) Competitive hourly rates, Overtime pay after 8hrs / 10hrs / weekends etc Ongoing work and career development opportunities A supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial and residential projects

Position : Skilled Construction Labourers
Location : Various Commercial & Mixed-Use Residential Construction Sites
Employment Type : 5-6 days per week
Accompanying tickets advantageous : Telehandler (Gold Card), forklift, Working at Heights
