In this blended role, you'll work both on and off the floor, dedicating time to mentoring educators, enhancing educational practices, and collaborating closely with the leadership team.

You'll also have the opportunity to attend monthly Educational Leader meetings, providing a valuable space to connect with peers, share insights, and gain support to thrive in your role.
