Village & Aerodrome Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced & highly capable

• Village & Aerodrome Superintendent
• with a strong focus and passion for providing the best experience possible for our employees, contractors and visitors at Karara mine site.

This is a fully autonomous role reporting to the Group Manager Human Resources & Services and is primarily responsible for effectively managing the contracts and services relating to the management of the Karara camp and aerodrome.

To be considered for this role applicants must be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and highly effective people management and relationship building skills. Applicants with solid background in camp / aviation management and experience in contract negotiation and management will be highly regarded.
