We are looking for Team Members who :

As an Assistant Educator , you will be creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and other team members. In addition, our Lead Educators work closely with our Leadership Team and lead our Assistant Educator team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that support children’s learning and development. It is required that you record children’s progress, routines, and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices.

At Sparrow Early Learning Wanneroo, we have extremely motivated and dedicated educators who thrive on developing inviting, friendly, fun, and educational learning environments. We have lovely safe enclosed outdoor play areas which have some wonderful features including sandpits, a natural play hill and tunnel, dry river bed with a water pump as well as raised flower and vegetable beds. The children are encouraged to help grow their own vegetables, fruit, and herbs with the educators.
