Your Role at St John of God Health Care

Reporting to the Payroll Data and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for collating and managing high level process mapping for the Payroll processes of the organisation.

This position interrogates these processes looking for improvement opportunities (through system optimization, automation, robotics and other technologies), formulates recommendations for consideration and will be involved in projects to implement.

The Position- Establish document and maintain high level process mapping (end to end) and documentation for organisation Payroll processes.- Highlight pain points (root cause analysis) and improvement opportunities.- Facilitate requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.- Proactively identify, scope and provide business case input to improvements with process owners or managers.- Analyze moderately to highly complex data to determine the appropriate course of action as required.- Efficiently create complex documents and / or reports using spreadsheet, database, and accounting software as required.- Independently prioritise and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.- Support project teams established to execute identified improvements.- Support change management activities to implement redesigned processes and systems.- Foster appropriate open and effective lines of communication and collaborative working relationships with Payroll, Finance, HR and Data analytics partners for successful payroll operations and reporting.- Developing suitable user-friendly visual data displays that provide performance insights needed and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in relation to SJGHC business divisions.- Ongoing support and adherence to data governance framework.- Continually review processes and practices in reports and dashboards provision and implement process improvements.

To succeed, you will have understanding of the principles of relational databases and experience with SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS or other relational database systems along with experience in appropriate data analysis toolsets, including SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS).

We Can Offer You- Salary - $99,700 to $110,000 per annum (pro-rata if part time), plus 11.5% superannuation- Permanent Full Time position- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as :
