Customer Care Manager – Home Care

We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to take the lead in delivering high-quality services and managing client relationships within our Home Care team. This position focuses on supporting clients who require in-home aged or disability care. You'll play a key role in strengthening client connections, coordinating personalised care plans, and driving growth through strategic business development in the community care space.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relations & Service Delivery

Act as the key liaison for clients, ensuring exceptional service and care tailored to individual needs.

Develop and manage personalised care plans based on detailed assessments and ongoing client feedback.

Maintain frequent contact with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction and adjust care as needed.

Coordinate with nurses and allied health professionals to provide clinical support, especially for complex cases.

Team Collaboration & Workforce Management

Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and rostering, to ensure effective service coverage.

Assist in workforce planning and talent onboarding to meet care demands.

Work in partnership with state-based colleagues to streamline service operations.

Qualifications and Skills :

Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, sales, or business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Results-oriented with the ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.

Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, the Home Care sector.

Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Positive attitude and a proactive, solution-focused approach

A current National Police Check is required

Working Conditions :

  • Hours : Flexible hours within 9am to 5pm
  • Environment : Work primarily takes place in clients’ homes, necessitating travel between locations when appointments are required. Remote work is allowed if face to face meeting is not required.
