• Key Responsibilities
• Client Consultation
• Understand clients' needs and propose tailored credit solutions.
• Continuous Learning
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Documentation and Compliance
• Liaise with clients to collect necessary documents, ensure compliance with NCCP requirements, and collaborate with lenders' credit teams.
• Administrative Support
• Assist with valuation and pricing requests, maintain client files and complete MIRs.
• Team Collaboration
• Work well within a team, showing high interpersonal and communication skills.
• About You

To excel in this role, you should have :

• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or equivalent experience in the Finance Industry)
• Strong knowledge of Australian lending products, policies, and compliance requirements
• Thorough understanding of home mortgage processes
• Experience in mortgage broking in Australia
• Advanced computer and numeracy skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and organization
• Friendly and confident phone manner
• Motivation to work both independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping clients achieve their investment property dreams
• A Bonus but not a deal-breaker
• Knowledge of Broker engine software systems
• Knowledge of how to use Zoom for meetings
