Joining our Retail Insurance Australia (RIA) CXM Customer and Product Communications team, your primary role is to ensure the quality of our content and experiential campaigns to delivery with the customer at the centre of your thinking.
You'll work with the Brand Comms team, Strategy and Customer Insights team, agency partners and internal stakeholders (CXM and Digital Business teams) to create messaging that delivers on strategic marketing priorities and messages throughout the year.
This role requires cross functional engagement, working across multiple teams both within IAG and through external partners. You'll manage a program through to the finish line with attention to detail. The ultimate goal is to give our brands momentum and leadership in the marketplace, produce world-class content, and grow customer numbers.
