Greeting customers professionally and assisting them with service bookings, drop-offs, and enquiries across multiple vehicle brands.Accurately identifying service needs through customer communication, vehicle history, and basic diagnostics.Preparing repair orders (R.O.s) with detailed descriptions of customer concerns and required work.Liaising with technicians and workshop controllers to ensure smooth job flow and accurate job status updates.Keeping customers updated throughout the day on job progress, approvals, and any changes.Checking off completed jobs for accuracy, ensuring all work has been completed and vehicles are ready for handover.Managing follow-up calls and customer satisfaction surveys to maintain CSI (Customer Service Index) targets.Coordinating loan cars and transport where needed, ensuring smooth customer experience.Assisting with end-of-day balancing, invoicing, and cash handling when required.Maintaining knowledge of multiple franchise service schedules, recalls, and campaign requirements.Ensuring compliance with dealership processes, WHS regulations, and manufacturer standards.Maintaining Customer CSI customer follow upsTo be considered you'll need to have at least 2 years experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor, a valid, clean drivers licence and have good time management and problem solving skills.
