Office Administrator / Receptionist Brisbane QLD
The Opportunity
The role of the Office Administrator / Receptionist is to provide timely administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office / site by maintaining and supporting the functions that are critical to supporting day to day business requirements. This role will also be supporting Portfolios and Business Units as directed tasks may vary from basic administration including quality documentation controls site audits and inspections along with collating reports and presentations.
As the Office Administrator / Receptionist you will :
Creating Purchase Orders Sales Orders and setting up new vendors in SAP.
Supporting the HSSEQ central team as required with a variety of tasks such document preparation as well as ad hoc requests.
Perform reception duties maintain mailing & telephone lists.
Responsible for organising functions and general meeting setup and support; including arranging follow up calls maintaining office space schedules securing catering and supplies.
General administration support for Business Units as required.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have :
Broad experience providing highlevel administrative support for multiple personnel including senior management.
2 years experience in a corporatelevel office as an administrator.
Customer service orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build strong team relationships work effectively in a team environment and initiate process improvements where required.
Able to personally manage work demands.
Systems experience in Excel & SAP highly advantageous
