We're looking for a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team at our Converse outlet store at Watertown - West Perth.

• Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers
• Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets
• Consistently practice exceptional customer service
• Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards
• Partner with teammates on tasks processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities
• Ensure product knowledge of footwear, apparel and accessories
• Support superior standards around store cleanliness and store safety
• Act in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times
• Rotating Roster
• Week 1
• Monday, Friday & Sunday
• Week 2
• Monday, Friday & Saturday
• Essential Skills Attributes
• Experience in a retail environment
• Strong selling techniques and experience delivering high-level customer service
• Store opening / closing experience is preferred but not essential
• Can maintain merchandising standards to maximise sales
• Is a team player and leads by example
