Are you passionate about people and ready to take the next step in your HR journey? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic People & Performance Business Partner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently started their career and wants to take their HR advisory, coaching, and change management to the next level while being supported by experienced professionals.

You'll work closely with our team and business leaders to support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and development. If you're eager to learn, love working with people, have a commercial focus and want to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and onboardingAssist with employee engagement initiatives and feedback surveysHelp coordinate training and development programs with our L&D teamProvide first-level advice to employees and managers on HR policies and proceduresMaintain employee records and support HR reporting and complianceContribute to performance review processes and goal trackingGet involved in exciting projects that support culture and organisational change

What You'll Bring

A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or working towards one)Experience in an HR advisory capacityA basic understanding of the Fair Work Act and HR best practicesStrong communication and organisational skillsWell-developed influencing skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnConfidence working with people at all levels of the business
