In this Home Lending Specialist role you will :

Be customercentric Youll be the goto expert for our clients guiding them through the home loan process with personalized advice and support.
Bring innovative solutions Leverage NABs cuttingedge technology and products to provide clients with seamless efficient and innovative lending solutions.
Build relationships Cultivate strong relationships with customers real estate agents and brokers to expand your network and drive business growth.
Be ResultsOriented Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and fostering longterm client relationships.

What you will bring :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

A selfstarter who is driven proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

Experience with business development.

Techsavvy expertise with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.

Experience in the finance or banking sector preferred particularly in lending.
