Casual Educator - Childcare

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individuals who hold oe working towards

• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• to join our team as a Casual Additional Educator Staff members. You will work closely with children floating from one age group to another, occasionally providing essential support to children with additional needs and ensuring all children have a positive and inclusive learning experience.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the daily activities and routines of the rooms.
• Provide individualised support to children on NDIS plans, helping them engage in classroom activities.
• Implement strategies and interventions to support the unique needs of each child.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and document the progress of children, reporting to the lead teacher and parents as necessary.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• or a similar qualification in the education field.
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Understanding of related strategies for support and inclusion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
