ROLE IN A NUTSHELL :

We’re seeking an experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our Brand Collective Footwear team at Myer Southland . You’ll drive day-to-day operations and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This leadership role is focused on motivating a high-performing team, sharing deep product knowledge across multiple brands, and building strong connections with both customers and the in-store Myer team.

This part-time role requires 30-hours across a Tuesday to Saturday roster .

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

• Leading and developing your concession team to exceed KPIs and deliver unforgettable shopping experiences
• Creating a culture of customer-centric service through active coaching and mentorship
• Maintaining a safe and supportive workplace, with operational excellence always front of mind
• Managing product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising and stock control
• Recruiting, training, and growing the team’s skills and capabilities
• Collaborating with Myer partners on sales-driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
• Championing our brands through in-depth knowledge of our footwear and accessories offering
