Our range includes power generation, pumps, winches, and lifting equipment. We pride ourselves on delivering responsive, reliable rental services from our state-of-the-art Welshpool facility.

We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our high-performing team and support the inspection, service, maintenance, and repair of air and fluid power, diesels, winches and hydraulic tooling and equipment. Your Role As a Mechanical Fitter, you'll play a key role in maintaining our rental fleet to our consistently high standard. You'll diagnose, service, and repair mechanical systems and ensure all gear is compliant, safe, and ready for deployment.

Key Responsibilities Conduct inspection, service, and repairs of mechanical rental equipment, winches, lifting equipment, including compressors, hydraulic power units and controls, air and hydraulic systems and subsea ROV tooling Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing Configuring and integrating equipment into packaged solutions to enable customers and our own teams to work effectively on site. Troubleshoot faults and support equipment operators queries Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and certification requirements Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs, and equipment condition Assist with equipment mobilisation and demobilisation Complete service reports and requisitions Maintain a clean and safe work environment About You Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter or Diesel Fitter Team player with a healthy concern for safety, quality and compliance Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment (rental, mining, construction, or industrial sector experience highly regarded) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Forklift and dogging tickets (desirable) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate and hours A modern well equipped workshop with wash bay A supportive, safety-first / quality first workplace culture Exposure to diverse equipment and interesting projects Long-term career prospects in a growing business Modern workshop with quality tooling and systems If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
