The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of a busy retail site. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while managing compliance, safety, and operational standards. This hands-on leadership role calls for someone who can inspire their team, drive performance, and maintain a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include :

Managing smooth daily operations, from stock and cash control to visual merchandising
Leading a safety-first, service-driven, and accountable team culture
Meeting and exceeding KPIs across sales, cost control, and compliance
Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to drive results

What You’ll Bring :

Strong experience in retail or hospitality management; fuel or convenience retail preferred but not essential

A proven track record of leading by example and building customer-focused teams

Attention to detail with a focus on process and compliance

High energy, resilience, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach
