Job Description

The Role :

The Stockman is responsible for the humane, efficient, and safe handling of livestock from receival through to lairage, in line with animal welfare legislation, food safety requirements, and operational needs of the abattoir. This role is critical in maintaining flow to slaughter and upholding animal welfare standards within the stockyards.
