The team manages the ongoing development of key platforms underpinning ASIC's regulatory workflows, including the ASIC CRM, Regulatory Portal, ASIC Search, and related data and document repositories.The roleYou Will Be Accountable ForEstablishing a Product Backlog to document business and functional requirementsCollaborating with the delivery team to refine requirements and develop solutionsMaintaining and improving data quality of key assetsEnsuring One ASIC design principles are upheld in changes and enhancementsEngaging with Product Managers, SMEs, and Leads to understand business processesDefining acceptance criteria with Delivery Teams for One ASIC Platform solutionsCoordinating UAT and PVT testing with Product Managers, including execution and supportManaging enhancements and technical changes to address business needsContributing to projects and programs impacting One ASIC systemsAbout YouCombined with strong written and verbal communication skills, you will have the following experience : A relevant bachelor's degree and / or work experience in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirementsDemonstrated high-level understanding of ASIC's regulatory role, regulatory and operations processes (including back-office processes), with an ability to acquire detailed understanding of those processesExperience engaging with business users to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for process improvementExperience of data management and governance practices and methodologiesDemonstrated ability to analyse and understand business requirements, solve complex issues, and document solutionsDemonstrated experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with business and technology stakeholdersPrevious experience as a Business Analyst would be beneficialView the position description for more information or click 'apply' to start your application.Applications close at 11 : 59pm AEST, 3 July 2025About ASICASIC's remit is one of the broadest of regulators across the world.
