FIFO Kitchenhand - Experienced

Job descriptionCleaning and maintaining kitchen and dining room service areas, including potwashing, food handling, and food preparation as required by site Working up to 12-hour shifts with a rotating roster of days and nights if needed Working and staying in remote environments, which may involve extreme heat or cold Assisting in multiple areas and multitasking effectively Understanding your responsibilities and working safely Reside in Perth, WA – interstate or overseas applicants are not supported at this time Minimum of 6 months recent and proven FIFO or DIDO experience in a kitchen environment Flexibility to work any roster onsite, including overnight shifts if required Willingness to work in other departments or share rosters if requested Ability to pass a full medical and drug screening, with some requirements for a new drug screen every 28 days Current and clear Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (less than 3 months old) or willingness to obtain one Full Australian working rights for at least 6 months Ability to complete all required online and in-person inductions Nationally accredited RSA (desirable) Forklift Ticket (desirable)
IronMerge People is currently recruiting Experienced FIFO Kitchen Hand staff for casual pool roles in Western Australia. These roles are commencing ASAP, and successful applicants will start as soon as they complete their mobilisation.
These casual FIFO roles depart from Perth Airport and typically involve a 2 : 1 swing or ad hoc leave cover :
- Superannuation paid on all hours worked
- 11-hour workdays
- Flights from Perth – WA residents only will be considered
- Weekly pay processed on Thursdays
