We are excited to hear from trade-qualified, SAP-proficient, experienced Maintenance Planners, Schedulers, and Shut Schedulers for both Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) and Fixed Plant.

We offer immediate start opportunities to provide contract planning and scheduling services to Tier-1 mining organisations in Western Australia .

As an experienced maintenance planner, you will be well-versed with the equipment and the role. To recap, the key elements of the position are :

Planning of maintenance tasks in SAP : Capturing improvements, developing estimations of resource requirements, and ordering materials.

Ensuring client Work Management processes and practices are adhered to : Optimised to deliver maximum efficiency.

Prioritising emergent work : Working closely with Supervisors, Superintendents, and external departments / OEMs.

Developing scheduled maintenance forecasts : Minimising business impact by effectively packaging maintenance activities.

Facilitating routine site maintenance planning meetings : Covering weekly schedules, shutdowns, component forecasting, and more.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Self-directed, proactive with a high level of initiative.

Previous open-cut mining maintenance planning experience.

In-depth knowledge of HME and Fixed Plant.
