As a Mobile Banker, you'll be at the forefront of turning contact centre and self-generated leads into delighted customers by providing exceptional outcomes. You'll engage with Network Partners to generate customers from agreed employer visits, ensuring every interaction is swift, seamless, and expertly managed.

In this role, you'll thrive on delivering the highest level of service, managing your own portfolio, and meeting activity targets. You'll collaborate with internal partners to support a seamless customer experience and deliver professional messages with a unified business voice. Your knack for identifying prospective customers, managing leads, and achieving application and settlement targets will be crucial in helping us achieve our growth objectives.

About you

You are a customer-focused professional with a proven history of financial services experience. Your strong ethical belief system and ability to execute business development strategies make you a valuable asset to our team. You have a sound understanding of credit assessment, lending principles, and whole-of-bank products. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong community relationships set you apart.

You are technically sound in business development principles and have a general understanding of market and competitor developments. Your knowledge of the governance of Unions and Industry Super Funds, along with your understanding of regulatory acts, will help you excel in this role. You are a team player who contributes to team meetings, shares knowledge, and actively engages in Network activities.
