You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.As Quality Assurance Officer, you will work in partnership with the Risk and Governance team to provide insight into performance against strategic, operational, customer and performance objectives for the South Australian business unit.
You will be responsible for delivering upon a comprehensive control and compliance assurance program to support the delivery of scheme initiatives that impact on the scheme's sustainability, consistency and customer service.
This will be a
permanent, full time or part timeposition based in theAdelaideoffice with flexibility to work from home.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESConduct Quality Assurance reviews in line with the Quality Assurance review program and as needed to ensure that regulatory, legislative, control and contract compliance measures are being achieved / performed as requiredEnsure services are completed in accordance with legislation, regulations and EML polices, procedures and service commitmentsEnsure the timely development of the quality assurance framework, sampling protocols and toolsAssist in the preparation and execution of audits by external auditors. Assist with the provision of feedback of outcomes and actionsDrive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.Make appropriate recommendations to improve business outcomes, improve procedures, manage risks and identify improvement opportunities that drive efficiency and support change efforts.ABOUT YOUStrong experience in insurance or financial service industryExperience in personal injury claims management would be highly regardedExperience in a similar quality assurance roleExperience in building relationships across wide range of stakeholdersExcellent understanding of jurisdictional legislation and the associated regulationsStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to adopt a total business perspective and balance short and long term viewsAbility to keep up to date with legislation, business rules, processes and guidelinesAudit experience advantageousWHAT WE OFFERWe stand together as equals.
