Centre Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for two (2) experienced

• Centre
• Managers
• to lead our newest centre to success (sales and customer service focused). Open to your choice, we are looking for a
• Centre Manager
• and an
• Assistant Centre Manager.

This role will be responsible to oversee all areas of centre operations through leading and coaching your team, driving sales growth, and executing operational requirements.

• Remuneration
• 55,000 - $65,000 + Super + Monthly Bonus structure
• Ability to earn an additional monthly bonus!
• Location
• Crows Nest, NSW.
• Hours
• Full time (38 hours), flexible with days and times (business is open 9am-9pm, 7 days a week)
• About You
• Customer service focused with a positive attitude
• Prior experience leading and managing a team & consistently meeting / exceeding sales targets
• Responsible, organised, and efficient
• A background or interest in health and wellness is desired but not essential
• Key Responsibilities
• Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre
• Maintain sales and second line of income targets
• Merchandising of inventory
• Administration and Diary Management
• Complete water chemistry test and treat effectively
• Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly
• Complete marketing for the centre
• Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the centre
• Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily
• Monthly Stocktake
• Ensure the facility remains clean and well presented at all times
• Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients
• Make sure all infrared Sauna Rooms are cleaned and prepped for the next client
• Recruitment and new staff inductions to centre
• Performance Reviews
• Massage Therapist Management
• Brand compliance

We are a busy Centre and open until 9 pm, 7 days per week so the ability to work the evenings is highly desirable.

• Crows Nest, NSW 2065 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience
